Free trial terms

The trial gives your organisation access to the Incubator features of Kylie Coach (scripted pitch practice with objective scoring, the team roster and the weekly report) for the period we tell you when we set you up, starting the day we text your sign-in link. It is for your own staff to evaluate the service. We may extend, shorten or end the trial at any time, and we may decline to provide one.

Kylie Coach is our confidential work. During the trial and for two years afterwards you agree that your organisation will:

• not share sign-in links or logins with anyone outside your organisation, and use the trial only for your own staff;
• keep confidential anything about the service that is not on our public website, including how scoring and feedback work, the screens you see, the pricing we offer you and how the service performs for your team;
• not publish screenshots, recordings, scores, feedback or reviews of the trial without our written consent (we are always happy to talk about a testimonial);
• not use the trial, or anything learned from it, to build, train, benchmark or help anyone else build a competing product;
• not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or use automated tools against the service.

Your scripts, training material and practice recordings stay yours. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, and to keep them for as long as the trial or any later subscription runs. Practice recordings are of your own staff practising; you are responsible for telling them that their practice takes are recorded and scored. The trial is for practice only, not for recording customers or members of the public. Your data is hosted in Australia; where it lives, who processes it and how long recordings are kept is set out at coach.kylieai.net/security. If you do not subscribe, we delete your trial data on request, and otherwise according to our privacy policy.

You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your logins secure and to tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaks these terms.

The trial is free and we do not ask for a card. Because it is free, we provide it as is, without promises about availability, accuracy of scoring or fitness for a particular purpose, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Either of us can end the trial at any time by telling the other. When it ends, access stops. Sections 2, 3 and 5 continue to apply after the trial ends.

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. If we change them, the version you agreed to when you requested your trial continues to apply to that trial. Questions: contact@kylieai.net.
